Karen Gijsbrechts is editor-in-chief at Twinkle Belgium, the (online) magazine dedicated to digital commerce in Belgium. In her daily search for news and background stories, she never shies away from international trends, but focusses mainly on Belgian stories, catered to the local reader. She has a passion for artificial intelligence and memorable  marketing moves.

Karl is the G in AGConsult, a Belgian company specialised in user research, information architecture, conversion optimization and digital growth. Since 2001 he makes websites more successful through research and fact.

Matthias loves making customers happy. Not just any kind of happy, but overjoyed. His focus? Belgium. He’s always there to offer you advice, or to cut the Gordian knot. And he never loses sight of the bigger picture. He eats, sleeps, and breathes customer centricity. Together with 2,700 Coolbluers he works his butt off to deliver on the Coolblue promise: anything for a smile. Matthias considers himself a lousy student (i.e. university dropout), but his constant drive to improve a little bit each day more than makes up for that. When Matthias isn’t engaged with Coolblue as Belgium Manager, he spends his time as a husband and dad, as well as an athlete.

Bart Van Den Brande is the founder and managing partner of Sirius Legal, a law firm specialised in internet law, IT and intellectual property. Bart is a former assistant in practice and lecturer at the Vrije Universiteit Brussel, and is a common speaker at seminars and events about e-commerce, privacy and online marketing.
